Shipping Policy

Good things come in small packages — and we love getting ours to you safely, wherever you are in India. Here’s everything about how we ship.

1. Where we deliver

We ship all across India to serviceable PIN codes. If your area is not currently serviceable by our courier partners, we’ll let you know and arrange an alternative or a full refund. At present we do not ship internationally.

2. Order processing time

We’re a small all-women team and we pack every order with care. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather, festivals, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

4. Shipping charges

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you pay, based on your order value and delivery location. Any free-shipping offers or thresholds will be displayed on the Site or at checkout.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll share tracking details by email and/or WhatsApp so you can follow your package to your door. If you haven’t received tracking within a couple of days of ordering, just message us.

6. Shipping perfumes safely

Fragrances are shipped in compliance with courier guidelines for such products. We package all perfumes and cosmetics carefully to protect them in transit. Please open your parcel gently.

7. Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delays & failed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, our courier will usually try again. Please keep your phone reachable, as couriers often call before delivery. If a package is significantly delayed, reach out and we’ll chase it up with the courier for you.

9. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept it, or take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy for how we’ll make it right.
