Welcome to petite! We’re a small all-women team in Hyderabad sending mini perfumes and cosmetics to doorsteps all over India. These Terms keep things clear and fair for both of us. By using petiteshop.in or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website petiteshop.in (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from petite (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, kindly do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products, descriptions & pricing
- We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, actual colours, packaging and fragrance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and supplier batches.
- Being mini and travel-size, fill quantities are as stated on each product page.
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change prices, or update product details at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you receive a confirmation acknowledging that we’ve received it. This does not mean the order is accepted — a contract is formed only when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or decline any order, including where a product is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, supporting cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets, along with any other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment details. By paying, you confirm that the payment method used is lawfully yours.
6. Shipping & delivery
We deliver across India. Timelines, charges and details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Because we sell perfumes and cosmetics, hygiene rules apply to what can be returned. Full details are in our Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its servers;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or another user’s account;
- Use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent;
- Copy, reproduce, or resell our content or products without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including our name, logo, text, graphics, product photos and design — belongs to petite or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.
10. Product use & safety
Perfumes and cosmetics are for external use only. Please patch-test before first use, read any ingredient information, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, consult a professional before use. You are responsible for using our products safely and as intended.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, petite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold petite harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
